What are the Diet Chronicles?
A day by day account of one extremely frustrated overweight persons journey to "finally" lose the weight...maybe. J The hope is that by sharing the details of my journey, I will not only be required to stick with it this time with all these witnesses, but maybe others will find inspiration or at least encouragement to do the same.
I've been on every diet out there, tried all the fads and medical solutions. This time I'm actually going to try to eat sensibly and increase my activity. I didn't gain all this weight overnight and I can't expect to lose it overnight. Blah, blah, blah. We all know what to do. I just want to give it a final shot to actually stick with it and do it.
To Do List:
1. Eat healthier (and less)
2. Exercise at least a little every day
3. Weigh in & measure on Sundays
5. Take a picture every Sunday (I will eventually be posting these. Just not quite ready for that, yet!)
Notes:
Occasionally I may say something that someone finds offensive. I am sorry for that, there is certainly no offense intended. I will also be posting bible verses or other encouraging quotes, pictures, things that pop into my head. If any one finds that offensive, again, sorry that was not my intention. However, it is my blog and if you don't like it, then don't read it.
